Principal-In-Charge
Gerardo Gutierrez is responsible for administration, design,
coordination, consultants and management of projects from initial
design through construction. He has seventeen years of experience in
the design and construction administration of educational,
institutional, commercial, retail and government projects. Gerry has
recently participated in projects for various commercial, educational
and medical clients in the El Paso Region.
